These are the questions we hear most often.

Q:  Is alcohol allowed at Deer Park?
A:  No. Deer Park is an alcohol-free facility.

Q:  Is smoking allowed at Deer Park?
A:  No. Deer Park is a smoke-free facility.

Q:  Are guests required to clean after their event?
A:  Yes. Our guests are asked to clean and return the grounds to the condition when they arrived.

Q:  Who cooks the meals at Deer Park?
A:  All guests bring their own cooks and kitchen staff. This keeps costs low. We can recommend cooks and caterers.

Q:  Does Deer Park provide linens?
A:  Guests need to bring their own bedding and towels. We can recommend a linen service company if needed.

Q:  What time are quiet hours?
A:  Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Q:  What is the rental rate for the facility?
A:  The group rental rate is per person per day/night with a minimum total charge. Our customers appreciate that the rate varies with number of guests, so we share the risk.  Click here for Rental Rates.

Q:  Where can I find a rental contract agreement?

Q:  Do you provide a lifeguard?
A:  Yes. One lifeguard is included, but pool times must be agreed to in advance.

Q:  Do you provide a camp nurse?
A:  No. We strongly encourage over night groups to have their own nursing staff, in case of medical emergencies.

Q:  When are check-in and check-out times?
A:  Usual check-in time is 6:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed to in advance.

Q:  Can wedding guests spend the night?
A:  Wedding guests may be allowed to stay the night in our cabins, if agreed to in advance.

Q:  When can I tour Deer Park?

Q:  Do you get good cell phone reception?
A:  Cell phone reception at Deer Park is strong for most major carriers.

Q:  Do you have internet and wifi?
A:  Yes. We have a new internet wifi service, with the password given to your group leader. Heavy wifi use may slow the delivery, so we encourage sharing the password only as needed.

Q:  Are pets allowed?
A:  Only service animals are allowed on the property. Please inform us if service animals will be present.
