Deer Park is an event venue near Philadelphia and New York City, with four separate buildings for meeting, speaking, team building and sharing. The Grand Pavilion can host up to 180 guests, in a historic, one-of-a-kind building. The Education Hall and Meetinghouse are each air-conditioned with space for up to 120 and 60 people, respectively. The Dining Hall is the perfect place for receptions and meetings over meals, for up to 180 people.
Sleeping Places
At the end of a full day, your bed is here waiting for you.
Our air-conditioned Lodge has twelve bedrooms that can accommodate up to 48 guests, plus a separate kitchen, and showers and restrooms located just down the hall. We also have 22 cabins scattered across the grounds that can sleep up to 140 people, with two large bathhouses.
Eating Places
Something magical happens when you share a meal together.
Our large Dining Hall has a grand fireplace, beamed ceiling, serving lines, and reception area for up to 100 guests at a time. Your caterer or camp cook will love the large commercial kitchen. Our Lodge has a separate kitchen for smaller events. Of course, our favorite is a hot dog roast down at the pool.
Natural Wonders
Deer Park is 'Natural Sanctuary.'
Be inspired by nature’s beauty all around, whether you’re sitting in The Grove, getting married in The Glade, gazing at The Spring, hiking The Old Old Path, or singing at one of our many campfire sites. And yes, there are plenty of deer, often seen in The Meadow.
Outdoor Facilities
Seventy-six acres is a very big playground!
Swim in our pool. Play frisbee golf. Walk our Labyrinth. Paddle our canoes on the Delaware River. Or challenge your group on our Low Ropes Course. All this fun is included in our affordable rate!

Deer Park is a camp and retreat center for groups of up to 180 guests. Deer Park is a campground for rent — an event venue for churches, schools, businesses, non-profits, seminars, festivals, workshops and more. We are also a favorite spot for outdoor weddings and receptions in the spring and fall. As a group rental facility, we offer four large meeting rooms, dining hall, lodge, 22 cabins, swimming pool and 76 acres of nature. Its all yours and yours alone when your group rents our facility. Deer Park is located in New Hope, Pennsylvania, in beautiful Bucks County, about halfway between Philadelphia and New York City. That means we are within about an hour drive of Philadelphia, Central New Jersey and New York City. Your group will absolutely fall in love with Deer Park!
